St. Peter’s is a lively, welcoming and committed church family. Our worship is fairly traditional and aims to offer something for everyone. We have a thriving children’s group and on the second Sunday of each month we hold an All Age Family service. We have a choir who lead us in our hymns each Sunday morning and a variety of ministers leading the services.
Although we are a diverse congregation, we know that many can feel anxious about coming to church in case they are different from others, or that they might be judged. St. Peter’s is committed to being a church for all people and therefore has recently become an Inclusive Church, recognising that each one of us is made in the image of God. You can be assured of a warm welcome at St. Peter’s.
We have so much going on beyond a Sunday too. Follow us on Facebook or see our website to find out more
The parish of Maney is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Birmingham’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
