Oversight Area

Emma Sykes for St Barnabas, Erdington; Christ the King; St Mark, Stockland Green; All Saints, Gravely Hill; and St Chad, Erdington to develop a shared vision for mission and ministry across the oversight area;

• to build trust and mutual accountability within the oversight area;

• to recognise the distinctiveness of parishes within the oversight area and particular areas of

mission and ministry;

• to identify the scope for collaborative working;

• to enable and sustain the ministries of the whole people of God, rooted in shared prayer,

study and reflection.
