We’re delighted that Rev’d Suzy Pearson will be with us to preach and preside on 19 November at 10:30am on the feast day of St Hilda. St Hilda’s Church became Suzy’s home during her exploration of ordained ministry and training to be a priest. I would love you to join us again for BBC Christmas Choir for 2023. Our Christmas Carols by Candlelight Service is on Sunday 17th December at 7pm. We are hopefully doing some singing around Bearwood on Saturday 16th, if we have enough numbers.Rehearsals will mostly be on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm. I can move it earlier if people prefer. Please reply and let me know. There is one Saturday rehearsal too (9th Dec) with the possibility of singing on Bearwood High Street on the 16th Dec. The only other possible time is Tuesday evenings, but that would have to be 7.30pm or 8pm, and I know it is difficult already for one or two. Again please let me know (as one or two of you already have) if that is preferable. Dates: Thursdays at BBC (7.30pm tbc): Nov 16th & 30th. After many years of faithful service our treasurer Terry Daniels would like to step down from this role. We are seeking a new treasurer, who Terry is committed to work closely with to start with to ensure a smooth handover process.
