There's lots happening during the Lent season at Old Church. The attached poster gives details of walks, chances to explore prayer, opportunities to help in the churchyard and get creative. All are welcome, whether you've been coming here for your whole life or this is your first time.

We are offering a series of sessions to learn about, reflect on and try some different ways of praying. You are invited to come to any or all of these – there is no prior knowledge required.

Thursday sessions take place from 7-8.30pm at the Vicarage. For our session on Saturday 12th April, we will meet at the Abbey Road entrance to Warley Woods and spend some time outdoors in creation.

A sung service of Holy Communion with Junior Church for under 11s.

Make it for Mum is a chance for young people to come and make a simple card and gift for their mum or carer, reading for Mothering Sunday on March 30th.

It runs at the Dorothy Parkes Centre on Saturday 22nd March between 10am and 12noon and is free. All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout.

A sung service of Holy Communion, suitable for all ages.

A chance to come and work in the churchyard with others - tidying, picking litter, weeding and light gardening. We will begin with a safety briefing - please bring any small tools that might be useful. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided to fuel our work!

Please note we advise this is not a suitable activity for children for safety reasons.

A service of Holy Communion for all ages, with hymns, readings, learning and prayer.
