Christ Church, Oldbury

YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN US FOR WORSHIP EVERY SUNDAY AT 11:30 AM

We are a Church of England Church and we hold orthodox Anglican beliefs subscribing to the historical creeds & confessions which speak of our belief in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit as well as the 39 Articles with their reminders of the great Reformation principles that Salvation is through Christ Alone, we are Saved by Grace Alone, through Faith Alone, Glory to God alone and Scripture Alone is the source of authority for Christian living and spiritual discipline.

You can find links to the texts of the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed and the 39 Articles on the Anglicans Online website

We are a congregation who serve the whole parish of Oldbury and are excited about where God is leading us. We are a small and growing church who enjoy our fairly traditional yet lively worship. We are friendly and welcoming and anyone new is always made welcome.

We believe that church is not a place where you go to but a family that you belong to.

Refreshments are usually served after the service where we continue to fellowship together.
