Revd. Jodie Brown who ministered the funeral of Frances Mary Butterworth and the two burials of Ashes we had on Monday. Also, who ministered the Wedding of Alan and Geraldine on Saturday we are most grateful for her time.

Revd. Chris Chalmers who ministered the funeral of Alan Charles Hawthorne on Friday.

Organist Darren Hogg who very kindly played at both the funerals we had this week.

Organist Colin Baines who very kindly played at the Wedding of Alan and Geraldine yesterday.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Summer Fair, we raised an incredible £630.92

Thank you to everyone who donated to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal, we raised £428. Thanks to your generosity, your funds will help to support charities and their local partners to provide vital relief to refugees and displaced people by providing food, water, health assistance and trauma care in Ukraine and in neighbouring countries.

Sunday 10th July our neighbouring church Holy Cross hosted the Service of Admission of Churchwardens. We would like to formally welcome Joy Evans as Churchwarden and thank her for all her continuing support to Christ Church.

Please continue to support The Yardley Wood Food Pantry, as the cost of living rises and with the summer holidays starting more people will be turning to food pantries to support their families over the summer.

Revd Lydia is on Sabbatical should you need anything in the interim please contact the office or the church wardens in the first instance. During this leave we have a number of wonderful priests in to cover services. See church porch noticeboard.
