St Mary the Virgin Mortlake
Welcome to St Mary’s, the historic parish church of Mortlake. Christians have worshipped on this site since 1543. We aim to be a family friendly and inclusive church welcoming everyone and providing a space in which people can explore faith and ask questions.
Our main Sunday Service is our Eucharist at 10 am. We are also live streaming the service via Facebook live: https://www.facebook.com/StMarytheVirginMortlake/live. A recording of the service is available on Facebook.
St Mary’s is open each weekday during office hours to pray, contemplate or just to sit in peace.
St Mary's is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Southwark’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
