Our Quiet Day takes place on Saturday 17 April. The focus is on spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing. Wellbeing is becoming more of a focus as people try to get the most out of their lives. Wellbeing can also be related to our spiritual health too, and some of the techniques used to improve wellbeing can also help people connect to God.Join us at this free, online Quiet Day to take a break from the distractions of life and try out some techniques which may improve our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and our connection to God. We’ll also discuss the importance of healing in our lives. The day will run from 10am until 3pm via Zoom. There will be a break for lunch and comfort breaks and you can come for all or part of the day. If you are interested in coming or in finding out more, please email Rachel Luckman at r.luckman@bham.ac.uk. Rachel can also provide details on how to join on the day.

The Harvest Service reminded us of the things for which we might want to give thanks. We thought about the Cornucopia, or Horn of Plenty and encouraged people to make one at home and send a photo in. The picture on this story shows three. We also collected for the Foodbank, remembering those who have not enough to eat. What words can you make from the word HARVEST (watch out - there are a couple of rude ones!!)
