Our Quiet Day takes place on Saturday 17 April. The focus is on spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing. Wellbeing is becoming more of a focus as people try to get the most out of their lives. Wellbeing can also be related to our spiritual health too, and some of the techniques used to improve wellbeing can also help people connect to God.
Join us at this free, online Quiet Day to take a break from the distractions of life and try out some techniques which may improve our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and our connection to God. We’ll also discuss the importance of healing in our lives.
The day will run from 10am until 3pm via Zoom. There will be a break for lunch and comfort breaks and you can come for all or part of the day.
