Accessibility
Toilets are accessible from the church through a door to the right, down the steps and turn left.
We have baby changing facilities in the disabled toilet near the lounge.
The toilet are accessible from the church through a door to the right via a wheelchair lift.
we have a ramp which leads to the main entrance of the church and an internal ramp which leads to the main lounge.
A Hearing Loop is installed in the church.
Assistant dogs are welcome.
Our Building
We are open for private prayer from Tuesdays - Sundays from 12pm - 5pm. (From 2pm on Wednesdays.) We are closed on Mondays.
We are a Grade II listed building.
Music and Worship
Our bell ringers belong to the St. Martin's Guild of Bell Ringers.
The organ at St Martin’s was originally a three-manual instrument built on the north side of the chancel by Harrison & Harrison in 1907. In 1954 it was restored and rebuilt in the north transept as a four-manual organ with an electric console, by the John Compton Organ Company of London.
Our worship band lead us in worship at the 11am service on Sundays and at the 12.30pm Healing Service on Tuesdays.
Groups, Courses and Activities
Our Youth Group meets at church during the 11am service on Sundays.
We have a number of Bible Study groups which follow a 'Growing Roots, Building Lives' programme. One group meets at church on Thursday afternoons after the 12.30pm Holy Communion service. The other groups meet online via Zoom on Thursday evenings.
We have Cuppa and Chat on Mondays, 10am - 12pm. Food and drink is free. Anyone is welcome to pop in.

If you are concerned about your mental health you can register for a mental health assessment and free counselling services with St. Martin's Centre for Health and Healing. This is a separate service from the church. The website is https://www.smchh.co.uk/

We have free WiFi.
We are happy to give groups including schools a free guided tour of our beautiful church. Please contact the office to arrange this.
We have leaflets available to give you further information about the history of the building.
