Emmanuel Church, Morden

"Emmanuel" means "God is with us". That's the great news of the Bible. We believe that God is not standing aloof, somewhere far, far, away. We believe he has made himself known in Jesus Christ, and that he has made it possible for us to know him. Come along and meet us at Emmanuel - we'd love to get to know you, and to explain more! You'd be very welcome.

Our group for toddlers with their parents, grandparents and childminders runs on Wednesday mornings, usually in school term time. There are toys, games, and craft activities, and at the end of the session, there are some songs and a story from the Bible. There's no charge for attendance, but let the team know if you are interested in signing up: e-mail [email protected] to get in touch. Children are the responsibility of their supervising adult at all times.

Check on our church website to see if there have been any changes to the schedule.

Safeguarding

Note: the parish of Morden is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Southwark’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
