Book of Common Prayer on 4th Sunday
Choral setting of Canticles, Responses and an anthem, sung by the robed Choir or the Occasional Singers. Hymns and psalm are congregational.
NOTE: During main school holidays, Evensong is normally said, with congregational hymns.
A shorter, monthly service with a focus on young people. Usually held on the third Sunday of the month in term time, but please check our website for individual service dates.
NOTE: If this service falls on Easter Sunday, it is replaced by Sung Eucharist of the Resurrection at 10am.
If it falls on Mothering Sunday, the service starts at 10am.
Our main Sunday service, followed by coffee in the Parish Hall. On most 3rd Sundays, the service is Children First family Eucharist. Please check our website for specific details.
Our robed choir sing specially selected anthems and carols, alongside seasonal congregational hymns for Advent and readings, all heralding this special season of preparation for Christ's birth.
A traditional Nine Lessons service with Joyous anthems and carols from the choir and popular congregational carols.
A 45 minute family nativity service telling the Christmas story, particularly aimed at younger children. A free Christingle for every child. Retiring collection to support the work of the Children's Society - cash or card accepted.
Another Christingle service starts at 5pm, aimed at older children.
We celebrate Christ's birth by candlelight with a joyous Common Worship Eucharist service with carols and a sermon.
