St Katharine's, an 'ancient' parish chuch, is open daily from 9.30 - 4.00 throughout the year.
Situated alongside the Pilgrim's Way we welcome visitors who may be on pilgrimage between Winchester and Caterbury and walkers along the North Down's Way. Others might like to take time for quiet prayer or refletion or simply want to sit and be still for a while. Many visitors come to visit the church in celebration of an anniversary, to remember a loved one or to investigate their family past. A board for prayer requests is in the Lady Chapel and a visitors book at the back of the church.
Made from local Reigate Stone, some parts of the church date from the 12th century. The graveyard, which surrounds the church, is still in use.
