The 2024 Clapham Village History Project produced The Clapham Churchyard Trail - a free booklet available in St James Church or downloadable here, which takes the reader on a tour of the ancient churchyard detailing many of the graves and memorial of interest.

If you think you have ancestors buried in the churchyard, or if you have a general interest in genealogy or local history, you'll find this fascinating.
