The archbishops of Canterbury and York have called to make the month of the second national lockdown a month or prayer, with a particular call to fast in a way appropriate to each, every Thursday, and to pray every day at 6pm.

A resource can be found on this website, in the 'Services and Events / Calendar' page, everyday, at 6pm, to help you, with a prayer for the nation and another prayer focused on a particular thematic as given by the Church of England.
