Join us for half an hour on a Friday morning for a small informal prayer group. We are currently praying for God’s guidance and support as we search for a new Rector in the Benefice.
Silent prayer and gentle Bible reading and listening. Rooted in the Christian tradition and open to people of any or no faith. All are welcome.
Bring along your items for mending and a team of fixers will be available to perform straightforward repairs while you wait. No charge, but donations towards costs are gratefully received. Or just come along and enjoy refreshments in the cafe!
Holy Communion with hymns, choir, organ or the church music group, bellringing and a sermon. All are welcome.
Prayers for healing are usually available after the 10am service at St Mary’s.
Refreshments follow the service in the Vicarage Schoolroom (church hall) on Queen Street.

A drop-in sewing project at Eden Café, Vicarage School Room, once a month on a Wednesday afternoon 2 – 4pm. Come and stitch together to create your own journal of a year, month by month, starting on 25 September 2024.
Please bring your own materials: 1 12” – 14” piece of calico or cotton, needle and threads (circler template provided).
