It is a good time to take cuttings once things have stopped flowering.  If you are propagating plants, please do a few for the next plant sale.  We would love to have well established shrubs and perennials - the trees sold well this year!  There is an encouraging article in the 16th August edition of The New Blackmore Vale - "Autumn is the traditional planting season."  I have a large number of various sized pots, if anyone needs them.  Thank you in anticipation.  Merrill Cottrell 07582623482
