A truly reflective way of starting the penitential season of Lent is to attend our Our Ash Wednesday service with imposition of ashes. Marking the day of repentance literally, those who attend the service can, if they wish, have the mark of the cross made from the ashes of last year's Palm Crosses and Holy oil placed on their forehead. The words, 'Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return. Turn away from sin and be faithful to Christ' are said as this mark of faith is added. All are welcome.

Our beautiful church has served the parish of North Mymms for nearly 800 years and continues to be a centre for worship, mission and prayer for the local communities of Brookmans Park, Welham Green and the surrounding area.
