On Saturday mornings during October, November and December money donated for coffee and cake raised £464.58p for the Children's Society. A wonderful total! A big thank you to all who hosted these coffee mornings and donated cakes. This money was added to the collection from the collecting tubes, envelopes and cash brought to the Christingle Service held on 1st December 2024. Thank you to all those who made the Christingles, the families who told the story of how God made the world and showed his love for his world by sending Jesus his Son and those who donated money. We celebrated light overcoming darkness by lighting the candles on our Christingle oranges. The collection at this service was £729.24p.
