If you would like to donate to the ongoing ministry of St Mary, Greenhithe there are several ways that this can be done.
Regular Giving
o Parish Giving Scheme / Direct Debit. St Mary Greenhithe is one of ten leading churches within the Diocese of Rochester to offer the Parish Giving Scheme. This is our preferred method of receiving regular donations as it provides additional flexibility and protection to the donor by using the Direct Debit scheme and minimises the administrative burden as eligible Gift Aid is collected from HMRC automatically each month. o Stewardship.org. If you use Stewardship.org to manage your charitable giving, you can give either a one-off or regular donation to St Mary Greenhithe. Any eligible Gift Aid will be automatically claimed and passed on to us after deduction of a small processing fee. o Standing Order. You can also make donations by bank standing order using the bank details below. If you are a taxpayer, we would request that you complete a Gift Aid form and return it to the church office. This increases the value of your donations by 25p in every £1. The gift aid form is attached and please return completed forms to [email protected]
One-off Donations
o GiveALittle / Online card payment. The one-off donation button on our home page will take you to our "GiveALittle" donation page, where you can make individual donations using a debit or credit card. If you are a taxpayer, you can also provide Gift Aid details which will increase the value of your donation by 25%.
o Bank Transfer. You can also make donations by bank transfer using the bank details below.
o Contactless / SumUp. We have a CollecTin® / SumUp reader which allows you to make contactless donations at church services or other fundraising events.
o Collection Plate / Cash. We still have a tradition collection plate by the door (it won’t be passed around during the service) where you are welcome to leave cash donations.
