Welcome all to today's Eucharist service at Christ Church Hampstead, celebrating the coronation of King Charles III. The Church Choir will be singing works by Howells, Collegium Regale, Byrd – O Lord, make thy servant Charles and Te Deum in B by Stanford.

Christ Church Hampstead

Graced with an elegant spire Christ Church Hampstead sits atop one of the highest points in London. The Eucharist is at the heart of the Sunday worship. We seek to express "the beauty of holiness" in the liturgy. The Sacrament is reserved, vestments are worn, there is incense on high days and good music.

A professional choir sings a wide repertoire ranging from polyphony, through baroque to contemporary music. About once a month, music is provided by an enthusiastic choir made up of children from Christ Church School. There is a Sunday School with classes for the younger and older children. Refreshments follow the Sunday service with a chance to socialize with other church members. This is not obligatory! Evening Prayer is said on Sundays - a quiet and reflective service from the Book of Common Prayer.

We look forward to meeting you.
