Come and join us tomorrow either in person or on the livestream for Morning Prayer and Holy Rosary for Rogationtide at 10.00 a.m. This is the period between the 6th Sunday of Easter (Rogation Sunday) and Ascension Day (the end of the Great Forty Days) and it is a period of fasting and asking God's blessing on the crops, the harvest, the people around us, and everything that we do. When I was a child, the whole deanery went up the hill and with prayers, hymns and incense we asked God to bless the crops. It's a good time to remember that without God's help, what we try to do comes to very little. 'Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that built it.....' (Psalm 127)

St Michael & All Angels

St Michael and all Angels' is a friendly multicultural church located in the heart of Walthamstow, very close to the vibrant high street.

We are currently in interregnum at St Michael's but are looking forward to our new full-time priest very, very soon.

We would like to thank Fr. Alex Summers and his family for their hard work and for bringing the community together in the 6 years they were with us.

Please pop in and join us at one of our services. You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram @stmichaelstow.

God Bless
