What an amazing Coronation day it was today! Come and join us tomorrow 7 May as we continue to celebrate King Charles and Queen Camilla's coronations at St Michael's at our 10.30 a.m. Parish Mass and with prayers give thanks for Mary the Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and sing the Regina Coeli at the end of Mass (May is Mary's month and we are still in the season of Easter). How appropriate that our second reading about Christ the Cornerstone echoes the hymn which was sung at the Coronation service, and talks about the choosing of the people as a royal priesthood declaring the praises of God, just as they were declared today in Westminster Abbey. Come and join us either in person or on the livestream, and there will be drinks and cake at the end of Mass to celebrate! All are welcome!
