Safeguarding Policy
We are committed to Safeguarding Children, Young People, victims/perpetrators of Domestic Abuse and Vulnerable Adults.
The Parochial Church Council (PCC) has adopted the Church of England’s policies and best practice on safeguarding which may be found in the Church of England’s website. https://www.churchofengland.org/more/safeguarding
It is important to remember however that we all have a duty to help protect children and vulnerable adults.
So, if you have any Safeguarding concerns, regardless of how minor, please contact our Parish Safeguarding Officer: Dionne Pryce who may be contacted at church after the 10.30 a.m. Sunday Sung Mass or by telephone 07810 357879 or by email: [email protected]
You may also contact the Diocese Safeguarding Team (DST), whose job is to offer advice, guidance and support in all situations in which a child or vulnerable adult may be at risk:
