About Us

St Stephen's Church is a vibrant Christian community that belongs to the Church of England.  We strive to be a place of welcome where all who visit us will feel at home, and able to find a place of safety in which they can explore their faith.

We believe in the good news that God is at work in this world, and Jesus came to restore us to a relationship with God.  At St Stephen's we worship in a way that is free and informal, yet serious and relevant - using modern translations of the Bible, and a mixture of traditional and newer songs.
