The Easter Vigil is the most important and solemn liturgy in the Christian calendar, celebrated on Holy Saturday night, marking the beginning of Easter and the Resurrection of Jesus. It begins in darkness, symbolizing the world before Christ, and starts with the blessing of the new fire and the Paschal candle, representing the light of Christ rising from the dead.

The Vigil includes multiple key parts: The Liturgy of Light (with the Paschal candle procession), The Liturgy of the Word (several readings recounting salvation history), The Liturgy of Baptism (where new members may be baptized or confirmed), and
The Liturgy of the Eucharist, which is the First Mass of Easter, celebrating the risen Christ. This Mass marks the joyous return of "Alleluia" and the beginning of the 50-day Easter season.

We committed to proclaiming Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour; our faith and worship are in the Anglo – Catholic tradition, and we are under the pastoral and sacramental care of the Bishop of Fulham, The Rt. Our central act of worship is The Mass, (The Eucharist, Holy Communion) wherein we proclaim and celebrate all that God has done for us in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Please know that you are warmly invited to any and all of our services.
