Palm Sunday Donkey Procession, 2nd April, 10:00am, meet on village green, opposite Stisted school:
We're approaching the start of Holy Week - and in Stisted we're marking this special occasion by taking part in a donkey procession to our church.
The weather is currently forecast to be dry and sunny - ideal donkey walking weather!
If a walk from our village green to the church is too much for you, please feel free to wait for the procession to arrive in the church building. Pat and Verena will be there waiting with a warm welcome.
Tayrina will wait and meet the procession at 10.00am on the village green, which is the little triangle of grass opposite the school.
From there we will walk to church along with the very cute village donkeys, Marmite and Mowgli.
**A huge thank you to Jane and Lee Prowse for their support with this!**
At the church we can share a simple breakfast, and a relaxed and informal service together. We look forward to seeing you!
