If you have never made your Confession before we can have a conversation first about what it might involve and how to prepare for it. Stations of the Cross during Lent following on from the Saturday Mass at about 10.50am. This short act of worship follows the Way of the Cross around church with hymns, prayers and readings. Like last year we will have Lent Suppers again at the Vicarage starting Tuesday 11 March. Gathering at about 8.10pm after the 7.30pm Mass and finishing by about 9.30pm. A simple, hot evening meal with some conversation. This year we will be exploring the Bible: what it is, how it was given to us and how we should read it. Alban's Allsorts our group for toddlers and their carers meets for the final time this term on Tuesday 16 July and re-starts on Tuesday 17 September 2024.Our multi-sensory Children's Mass is on Sunday 14 July at 9am. A short half-hour interactive Mass for children which includes craft and story-time. There isn't a Children's Mass in August.On Tuesday 30 July we have our Summer Coffee, Arts and Crafts Morning which will run from 10am until 12 noon and is for Primary School age children and younger. The morning will include:* Soft Play* Ride-on toys* Children's Crafts* Real Italian Coffee as a reward for the adults.All children must be accompanied by an adult (and no unaccompanied adults!). £2 per family.
