St Mary's in Saffron Walden and its two daughter churches St James' in Sewards End and St John’s in Little Walden are all part of the Parish of Saffron Walden which in turn is part of the Saffron Walden and Villages Team ministry totalling twelve churches. 

The parish of Saffron Walden is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs.
