Accessibility
We have an accessible toilet in church. We do not have a Changing Places toilet.
We have a baby change facility inside the toilet in church
There is free parking in the adjacent church yard. Further parking can be found across the road by the Canterbury Parade shops.

The north door has a small (approx 2 inch) step from the porch area. There is a ramp provided.

The church is accessed by a flat, concrete path from the road. There is flat access within the church, with a small step into the north door of approx 2 inches. A ramp is provided. The nave of the church is level. There is a ramp to access the lady chapel. The chancel can be accessed from the lady chapel, or it is possible to move the ramp.
Communion is received at the front of the nave and aisles are wide to allow easy access.
Our Building
St Nicholas is Grade 1 listed and one of only six Essex Round Tower Churches.

We have an organ, but currently no organist

In person Coffee & Chat takes place on Wednesdays from 2-4pm
Online Coffee & Chat takes place on Sundays from 3-4pm

Other Features
We endeavour to ensure that all coffee, tea and sugar used in church is fairly traded. We provide fairly traded fresh filter coffee.
We support the Thurrock Foodbank at our sister church, All Saints', Belhus Park
As further guidance becomes available we will be discussing the use of PLF in St Nicholas Church.
