About Us
Nestling at the heart of our tiny village of just over 200 people, the chancel was built in the 12th century and the nave in the 19th century. Like many village churches, we have a small regular congregation (10 – 12 people) from a wide variety of Christian traditions, and up to 60 people and more attend our festival services. We have sung or said services most Sunday mornings with easy-to-follow service sheets, and a short evening service on Thursday evenings.
Following a major re-ordering project in 2011, our nave is now also used as the village hall and there are toilets, kitchen and underfloor heating to enhance the warmth of our welcome.
We love to welcome all who want to use our facilities for personal reflection and prayer, to share our worship or share in the many community activities that take place throughout the week. For information about our services and access arrangements, please ring our churchwardens Anna Arend 01799 540610 or Richard Taylor 01799 541522.
