This month's subject: Exploring the origins of the manor of North Ockendon

Susan Yates, Chair of Thurrock Historical Society, will be returning to join us to discuss the early Pilgrim Way routes towards the Thames and their effects on the Ockendons. She will also touch on the establishment of the manor of North Ockendon.

This is an open meeting when all are welcome to attend and contribute.

Christingle Service

We invite you to our Christingle Service which will involve all ages making a christingle before lighting the candles and parading through the church for a short service.

This will be a 'Messy Church' style event:

Traditional Nine Lessons and Carols Service
