This weekend we held our first Christmas Tree Festival. We had over 20 trees decorated by various groups, individuals and businesses. At 3.30pm on the Saturday the Concert of Christmas Music took place to a packed church and was a great success. Sunday concluded with our Christingle service with Revd. Mark James.Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this event a success and also to all the visitors for joining us for our first Christmas Tree Festival.
Today our uniformed organisations joined us in a Parade Service to carry out our act of Remembrance. The flags were lowered and 2 minutes silence was held.
