On Sunday 30th June, Boxted church was full, as Bishop Roger (Bishop of Colchester) joined us for our united 5th Sunday service. During the service, 9 wonderful people were confirmed, one of whom was baptised first. It was a joyful, uplifting service, Dominic and Andy shared their faith stories, of how God has been working in their lives, for Dominic over many years, and for Andy a journey of just a few months, which has already lead him onto a path of discernment for priesthood! It is wonderful to see how God is working his purposes out! 

Following the service, we were able to enjoy some prosecco and canapes in the churchyard, and the sun did eventually decide to shine too!

A great day, a real blessing for all!
