Please feel welcome to join us for our Holy Thursday service on Thursday, 6th April @ 8pm.
This service is the first part of what we call 'The Triduum', which involves three special services during Holy Week - Holy Thursday, Good Friday & Easter Sunday.
During the Holy Thursday service we will recall the moment when Jesus washed the feet of his followers. Thus, our vicar, Julian, will wash the feet of some of the people present at the service.
We will also recall how Jesus celebrated the first Eucharist (i.e. communion) when he blessed the bread and wine and instructed his followers to celebrate Communion to always remember him and how he died on the cross to save us all from our sins.
