About Us

The Church of St. Margaret of Antioch sits in its churchyard, half hidden by trees and greenery. The church’s simple layout, and the single bell, the walls of flint and cement show the 12th Century doorway and ironwork to its best advantage.

Once inside, the church has a serene and prayerful atmosphere and invited an intimacy with God beyond that which could be due to its relatively small size. Ones eyes are drawn to the large images painted directly onto the walls of the chancel itself and the variety of stained glass windows.
