Occurring
Every First, Second, Fourth, Fifth Sunday at for 1 hour
Venue Address
St Andrew's Church Heybridge Street Heybridge, Maldon, Essex, CM9 4NB, United Kingdom
Everyone is welcome as we gather together to explore God in the bible, in simple sung worship, in the sacrament of Holy Communion and for chat afterwards. Everything is explained in both written and spoken word, so whether it is your first time or umpteenth, you'll find it easy to come and rest a while in Jesus' presence.
We have a soft start at 11am (as the service leader is usually coming from another church) with focussed connecting time for 15 mins so the worship begins 'properly' at 11.15am.
Noisy Children and quiet dogs are always welcome. If you are planning to bring children, do let us know in advance so that we can ensure we plan things to make them feel involved and interested.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Heybridge: St Andrew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Chelmsford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [MIss Rosemary Taylor 07708 813 305] If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
