Hatfield Broad Oak: St Mary the Virgin
We are part of the 'Churches of the Six Villages' sharing life and a love of Jesus across rural Essex, in a joint Mission & Ministry Unit. More information about our churches, events & worship patterns can be found at our shared website page www.thesixvillages.org
Here at St Marys, our services are usually held on the first and third Sunday of the month at 10:30am. On months where we have a fifth Sunday, we join together with the other churches in our 'Six Villages' unit for a Communion Service followed by refreshments. This service rotates round the six churches so keep an eye on our calendar for the next one.
Rest assured you will always be welcome. After every service there is always the opportunity for refreshment and a chat.
Across congregations are people of every age from babes in arms to 90+, so do come and join us: there'll be someone else just like you on the lookout for God!
May God bless you and keep you and your loved ones safe.
Our churchwardens are Mr Mark Haddon and Mrs Liz Webber; our Verger is Mrs Edna Halls and our PCC Secretary is Mrs Kerry Stedman.
