FREE event - live music, a variety of refreshments and space to chat. In December we welcome back Hadleigh Voices and look forward to their selection of carols and Christmas music. You are welcome to come and go as you please.
Just in case you've not heard, very sadly Graham, our brilliant organiser of Beat'n'Beans, passed away in May. We are keen to ensure that Graham’s legacy lives on, by continuing with music events on the second Saturday of every month and if you know of any other local music groups who would like to come along and support this community event, please do ask them to get in touch.

Hadleigh: St James the Less

Rev. Mark Smeed has been appointed to serve the Hadleigh Churches as part of the Benfleet, Thundersley, Hadleigh Team Ministry.  He has now been licensed to serve as the Associate Minister for the Hadleigh Churches and will start taking services in St. James the Less on 26th October.  We welcome Mark and his family to Hadleigh and look forward to sharing worship and ministry with them.

St James the Less is a stunningly beautiful grade one listed building and offers a comfortable, warm and well-lit environment for Christian worship. The Saxon and Norman architecture is complemented by a range of contemporary features which include baby-changing facilities, easy access for those with disabilities, a hearing loop system, a modern meeting room and a new carpeted worship area.
