Waiting Room is an hour set aside to wait and pray every Sunday as a Benefice between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. This will be at St Andrew’s. The idea of the Waiting Room is that we follow the example of the disciples between Ascension and Pentecost and "Wait and pray". All are welcome.

St Mary Magdalen Church, Thorrington

Our church is friendly, welcoming small congregation, holding traditional church ways with a view of the day to day life with diversity.

We have a good team of helpers but, always looking for new people to come aboard and share the work, help people come together, be nearer to God and being a support to one another.

As there is no church in Frating, Frating is part of our church family.

We are part of the Tenpenny Benefice (so called because The Tenpenny Brook flows through all 4 villages) with St Andrew, Alresford and St Anne and St Laurence, Elmstead Market and share many activities together.
