On Sunday 29th September we held a Benefice Holy Communion and were joined by over 60 villagers to celebrate Revd Gary Flemings first Holy Communion with us as our new vicar and Revd Paddy Cables 50th Anniversary of his ordination. He lives in Langley and although retired has helped us through our interregnum by taking services of every kind across the Benefice. The Arch Deacon of Stansted The Vénérable Kate Peacock joined us to preach as she has know Gary and Paddy for some time. It was a lovely service and was followed by coffee and delicious cake for everyone to share.
