Normally run in groups of about 6 to 10 people, each session involves video clips, exercises, group discussion and time for reflection. Each session lasts about an hour and is free to attend.
We meet in All Saints' House at the rear of the church, with the green door.

St Winifred's, Chigwell

St Win's is a vibrant, growing church in the charismatic tradition. We have a worship group which leads us in upbeat modern songs. On the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, TIGA Club (Trusting in God Always), our children's group for those over 3 meets during the service. There is also a designated creche area with books and soft toys as well as a colouring table for our youngest children.
