Here at SPD we are taking part in a multi-country European project called Religious Communities in the Virtual Age.

This is a two-year research project that includes conversation with a variety of religious communities in the UK and Europe to understand the effects that the pandemic has had on them, as well as their engagement with technology before, during and after the pandemic (even if that engagement has been limited or non-existent). We are working with Dr Sean Durbin, Postdoctoral Research Associate, Religious Communities in the Virtual Age (ReCoVira), Manchester Metropolitan University. His role in the project is to work specifically with Church of England Parishes in London.
