St. George the Martyr church, commonly known as St. Georges church, is a buildinginf the Art Deco style, built in 1934. It's unusual design incorprates an outside pulpit often used for special services. At night, the pulpit is illuminated, allowing the figure of Christ to be seen by all that pass by.
Our gardens have been locally acclaimed, winning the "Best Religeous Grounds" category in the annual Brentwood in Bloom competition seven years running. We have also won and been placed in the "Best Team" category.
The interior of the church is typically Art Deco with it's minimalist design.
