Billericay and Little Burstead’s Team Vicar, Rupert Hankey, had his last service today, 12th January. We all wished him well as he heads off to retirement. The church was full of people, including past parishioners who had moved far away and people who had been on the Alpha groups he had run. We continued celebrating with a lunch and then an afternoon tea, which were enjoyed by everyone.
