St Margaret's church Thorpe Market is one of the seven parishes in the Poppyland  Benefice.

A unique Georgian church (1796) built by Lord Suffield to replace a larger derelict one. 

Although Thorpe Market is a small village of only a 100 or so houses,  a large number  people visit the church every year, especially during 'snowdrop Sundays. The thorpemarket.org.uk website includes conservation, genealogy and up to date events well as a photo gallery.
