Held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7.30pm, Vespers is 40 minutes of stillness, mindfulness and contemplative prayer - an open environment for people of all backgrounds to explore faith, spirituality or just to find a bit of quiet. Vespers features two periods of silence, two pieces of choral or instrumental music, a short reflection and a contemplative practice to try.
