Journeying through Lent through the eyes of the Mary, Mother of the Lord, using the Rosary prayers

We gather at Reeves' Corner at 10am for the Gospel, Blessing of Palms and Procession to the Minster for the Eucharist and Passion Gospel.

The traditional devotion of Stations of the Cross, tracing Jesus' journey from condemnation by Pontius Pilate to his death on the cross and being laid in the tomb. Followed by the Eucharist at 7.30pm.

The Maundy Thursday Liturgy with Footwashing, Holy Communion and Watch of the Passion

The Liturgy of Good Friday following the events of Jesus' Passion and Crucifixion. For children accompanied by parents and/or carers.

12noon-1.15pm Reflective Addresses on the Crucifixion of Jesus with hymns. 1.30pm-3pm The Liturgy of Good Friday: Liturgy of the Word, Passion Gospel, Veneration of the Cross, Intercessions and Holy Communion.

The Ceremonies of Easter include the Lighting of the New Fire, the Easter Vigil - unfolding the prophecies that point to Christ's Resurrection - the Renewal of Baptismal Promises and the celebration of the Eucharist.
