Lent Lunches

Do join us for a simple meal of soup, bread and cheese - finishing with a short 'reflection'.

Monday 10th March - 12 noon to 1.30pm All Saints Church, Downshire Square

Thursday 20th March 12 noon to 1.30pm at St Mark's Church, Cranbury Road

Thursday 27th March 12 noon to 1.30pm at All Saints Church, Downshire Square

Tuesday 8th April 12 noon to 1.30pm at All Saints Church, Downshire Square

Any donation for the lunches will be given to Church Urban Fund, campaigning against UK food poverty.

5th March - Ash Wednesday - 8.40am Ashes to Go outside All Saints Infants School, Brownlow Road and 10am at St Mark's Church and 7pm at All Saints Church.

Sunday 13th April - Palm Sunday 10am at St Mark's Church and then we process to All Saints Church for 10.50am service

Monday 14th April - 7pm Agape meal at St Mark's Church (a shared meal based on the passover ritual. Suitable for adults (£8 suggested donation) and children over 6 (£4 suggested donation). Please book via the parish office (email: [email protected])

Tuesday 15th April - 7pm Stations of the cross at All Saints Church

Wednesday 16th April - 7pm Stations of the cross at St Mark's Church

Thursday 17th April (Maundy Thursday) - 7pm - 10.15pm at All Saints. A service with washing of the feet, stripping of the altar and vigil before the Blessed Sacrament. Followed by compline at 10pm.

Friday 18th April (Good Friday) - 10.30am at All Saints Church for children and their families. An Hour at the Cross 2pm - 3.15pm at St Mark's Church (a solemn and reflective service at the foot of the cross)

Easter Sunday (20th April) - 7am The Easter Vigil and Eucharist at All Saints (with blessing of the new fire and renewal of Baptismal vows), 9am Festal Eucharist at St Mark's Church, 11am Festal Eucharist at All Saints Church (followed by the children's Easter Egg Hunt!)
