PCC matters

This page is here to share things that the PCC is discussing. It will have summary minutes available once they have been approved by the Chariman. Bear in mind this will be at least two months after the meeting in question, as the minutes have to be approved by the following meeting and then the summary has to be prepared and also approved.

PCC minutes are not required to be published although any person on the Electoral roll may request to see minutes which the PCC does not deem confidential. For anyone else the PCC has to give specific instructions to allow them to be viewed. Our PCC has decided that a summary, approved by the Chairman of the PCC will be published on this site after the minutes of the meeting have been approved. The latest summary is attached.
